GENTING CASINO SHEFFIELD is currently looking for a full-time Receptionist to join the team. We are looking to appoint a receptionist who can rise to the challenge of this lively casino working 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and nights.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent Customer service skills and telephone manner
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to work as part of a team and be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with all colleagues and guests
- Be able to adopt a positive and flexible attitude to changing priorities and procedures, including changes to shifts/rotas
- Must have the ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Experience within a similar role
- Good IT skills

GENTING CASINO SHEFFIELD is currently looking for a friendly and engaging Slots Host to join the vibrant team on a full time-basis. We are looking to appoint a warm, friendly and outgoing individual who can rise to the challenge of our lively Casino. Applicants must be fully flexible and able to work a variety of shifts.
Key competencies and duties include:
- Ability to deliver excellence in customer service at all times
- Constantly looking for new customers whilst offering a warm and friendly welcome
- Oversee the Slots and ETG areas offering assistance
- Identify any Food and Beverage requirements using a pro-active approach where appropriate
- An understanding of the Slots and Electronic Gaming offer is preferable
- PFL Licence preferable but not essential
As we are a casino operator all applicants must be 18 years of age or over.
